Your barrels are of a 10 gauge and the receiver is from a 12 gauge. The barrels have been blued hiding the damascus pattern. You said your father bought the receiver/stock from the local police after they destroyed the barrels? (Another bad gun off the streets.) Despite your excellent pictures, it's difficult to determine a value. The condition of the bores is important, as well as if the barrel ribs are tight. It could have been hot-blued and that is detrimental. More questions than answers I know, but if it checks out I'd put a rough value on it of no more than $750.
