My lifter is also a light gun, or what I consider light - a tad over 8 lbs. I don't shoot heavy loads but pretty light - 1 or 1 1/16oz loads. I only shoot clay birds anymore seeing how my legs went south with nerve damage. Parkers were 2 5/8 or 2 7/8 for the 10 - so now mine's the big one. Next up is a Parker hammerless 10ga that we're gonna try and take out to 8ga. It's a really heavy gun with plenty of steel in the barrels and Brad thinks it can be done soon as he gets the reamers to do it. It'll be a lot cheaper than buying a 8ga. Hope it works. Paul
