Tom, could you post "Wild Turkey Fajitas" in the Recipes sub forum as well. I don't have any turkey but I'm going to give this a go with some pheasant. I think the cast iron skillet is one of the most versatile pans in a kitchen. My mouth is watering now, so I know what is happening for lunch tomorrow. Just have to pick up some wraps and find some Negra Modelo.
