Dane,

You can go with the CSMC replacement pads. I don't particularly like the Silvers pad although I have put them on some of my Parkers. They are really hard and don't provide much recoil absorption. Personally, I'd go with the Noshoc or Hawkins pad. It's entirely up to you, all would be fine. Just make sure the pad is a little oversize compared to your butt size. The pad will need to be ground to fit. No special phillips screw is needed, they can be bought at your local hardware store. If you have a gunsmith fit the pad, he should have screws.
