Bob,

Brownells has two bead sizes of real ivory sights. I use a Dremel tool to grind the shank down slowly until it is just a fraction too big for the rib hole, but will thread in with a pin vise holding it, which treads the shank of the sight to the threads in the Parker rib. I then remove it and place a fraction of a drop of Super Glue on the newly threaded shank (which may or may not be necessary) and screw it back in with the pin vise.

They are really nice pure ivory sights about $13 apiece if I remember correctly, or may have gone up a little.
