Dubray was the real deal. Rode with Custer , was in the 7th Cav rear guard when Custer's advanced companies were killed. Became Parker's west coast agent and lived at the Sutter Hotel at Sutter and Geary in SF. Sold many great Parkers along the west coast. I've taken and shown photos of Dubray's room at the Sutter here. Arthur Dubray is a name that Parker collectors know.

I am presently at the St James in Cimarron NM where Clay Allison, Doc Holliday, Wade and Wyatt Earp hung out. 26 men were carried out of here feet first and its still cow country. Cowboys still ride range out here as it is the only way to get back in to some of the cow camps. Country is full of lions and bears. Los Penitentes still carry crosses on their back at isolated villages in the mountains. Dick Dow and I are doing the Bataan Death March Memorial Marathon in honor of his father, a Bataan survivor. I'll post pictures later.
