Need a Stock (just a piece)
 

I have a VH Parker that has the toe chipped off. I want to make a real good wood grain match and so far have not found a good match. Does anyone have a piece of wood that they would like to part with that would be a good match for a VH? I need a small piece approximately 3" x 2" x 1". Thanks!

Toe Repair
 

I had good luck doing this with a piece of a walnut 2 x 6 from a local cabinet shop. It would be best to get a straight grained piece 12 or 18 inches long, and slide it along the toe to get a good match. A little pen and ink work will fit in a wild spot.

Hi Guy, I have several rear pieces of stock that have been cut from other stocks. If you will send me a picture of your stock I will look through my pieces and pick out the best matching piece I have and send it to you. Cheers, Tom
