Case so-called "Trade" labels for Parkers
I am having restored and out fitted a two barrel case my Dad built in the 1960's for his/now my/someday my son's VH 16.
I have considered putting a label on the inside cover. I have seen a couple repro labels on you know who's website. Questions for the veterans: Did Parker actually make or install any such labels? What did they look like if they did? Who sells reproductions of such? [Besides you know who?] Thanks, George |
Answers are: No, so next answer is also No; Galazan, maybe Jeff's Outfitters, and me. I have one black leather label with gold lettering (says "The Parker Gun" on it). Came out of a bogus 'original' Parker case that now houses a pair of droplock Westley Richards driven game guns (makes me want to smoke a cigar just thinking about them).

Since trade is not allowed on this thread PM me details. George

George, this was made by Mike Messina out of Long Island NY. It's on a thin card type of material. I have his contact info if you need it.

I checked CSMC (Galazan) and they have 2 different ones ( one on black and one on white) and one for Parker Reproduction.
