Help on Serial Number
 

Hello, I'm new to the site. My gun has a serial number 222818. I would like to know the manufacture date, estimated value, and any unusual features. Thank you, John

John your gun was made in 1927. Its not in the serialization book so I can't tell you anything more. You can go to our home page and determine the grade. Value is determined by condition,grade and bore diameter. A small bore 20,28,410 etc will bring a higher value than the exact same gun in a 12ga. Pictures of your gun would help also.
