Came across this and it will now reside with me in the new year and maybe even shoot a couple pheasants next year. It is an English gun (not Belgian) with the Birmingham proofs and the William Bentley Patent stamped into the damascus barrels. Before PGCA I was content with a couple shotguns, one being Dad's VH but now ............. Oh yeah, I can quit anytime.... :rolleyes:

Very nice Jack, some quality guns came from small producers. I hope you get some Pheasants with her.

Jack, those hammers look a little like Remington hammers do on the 1889. Gary
