Hammer Frame on ebay

I think this is a Parker Hammer top lever, but not sure my knowlegde of Parker Hammers is limited.

Yes it is a Parker top action frame.

Actually, with this frame being made in 1883, the seller can ship to anyone's door with just a copy of Id to prove age.
