I'm Todd Wright and new to the Parker world. I started shooting my grandfathers 1886 hammer SxS this year and have had a blast. Met some of the people here on the S/C coarse and have enjoyed learning from you all.

Glad to hear you are getting that old Parker back in action. If you get a chance post some pictures of your grandfathers Parker and perhaps we will get to met you at one of our southern shoots.

Hi Gary, I plan to shoot it until it or I wear out, which ever comes first. I figure to be the one the that wares out first and I'm a "little" younger then it. I agree with you on the hammers, there is just something really unique about them and shooting the family gun that put food on the table day in and day out.
