PGCA Internet access
 

I was early for a meeting this morning so I stopped at a
friendlys restaurant in Williston, Vt. for a quick breakfast and a little work and browsing on my iPad. I connected to the the public access Internet wifi connection (friendlys) and was told that access to the PGCA was Spam filtered and denied and the reason was "WEAPONS". Huh.

Eric--Some internet providers will block an internet site that has words such as "weapnos, guns, etc" connected to it. I once connected in the Atlanta Airport and was denied access to Gunbroker and such because of that. It is, to my knowledge, a function of the individual provider. Some folks think it is there job to keep us all safe from outselves:rolleyes:
