Was a VH grade Parker ever available with a teardrop stock? even as a special order?

I would assume he is reffering to the "tear drop" off the back of the side panel

Hmmm, I suppose one could have ordered a D Grade Stock and checkering on a VH but why would they have done so?

Without a Parker letter stating that a D Grade Stock and checkering were ordered with the VH, or upgraded by Parker Brothers or Remington, it would be considered replaced by other than Parker.

One of our members has a wonderful 26" VHE with C grade wood and the gun letters.

Yes it is Bill, Maybe the owner will see this post and put up some pictures. I am pretty sure he posted pictures of it here some years back.

I think the technical term is drop points. Or maybe not...
