FYI: One can buy a new copy of the two volume set for $300 or a slightly blemished (no one has ever found a blemish) new set for less than $200 from the Double Gun Journel.

If it is the slip-cased leather edition it is a steal if in excellent condition.

The copy that I have is the trade edition with slip cover and my wife bought it for me for $200 on Ebay.
