PARKER GRADE 4 SBT
 

What appeared to be a fine example of a Grade 4 (CHE) Parker Bros. SBT sold today at Garner Auctioneers, LLC. The final hammer price being just shy of 4K which was probably a good buy. I bid it to $3,900 but without seeing it in person I did not go any higher. There was not a detailed description other than the SN 236770 which the book shows as a 12 gauge S4 w/ ejector, capped PGS & 32 inch barrel. 1934 Remington production and one of only 464 guns made that year (depths of the Depression).

Oh Well, I hope that someone here got it!........George
