Stock exchange..
15 Attachment(s)
I finally had the PG stock and forend replaced with the SG and matching forend. The SG stock is not Parker but whom ever did the work knows his stuff. The metal to wood fit is fantastic. With 32 inch bbls she's one sexy looking girl:)
The PG 16ga has 30 inch bbls. |
That is a nice looking piece of wood on the straight grip.
|
Is the straight grip gun the one you mistakenly put up for sale?;) Are they both 16's?
I love a straight grip gun and have a grade 3 12ga hammer gun that was restocked to a straight grip, thats the only reason I bought it. Those are two very nice hammer guns:bowdown: |
Thanks Rick..The SG I got from Gary, the PG was the one I had the metal lapse on:) And yes they are both 16ga.
|
A very well done straight grip stock Angel. Who made that stock?
|
Dean, when I got the gun from Gary he did'nt know who did the stock. Maybe he can ask the person he got the gun from.
|
Very nice!
Angel,
That's a beautiful pair. What were the manufacture dates? |
Thanks Tom! The top one is 1899 and the bottom 1885.
|
Angel, glad you are enjoying the old girl, the stock maker knew his stuff cause it fits perfectly. Good to have a gun you can switch when you want, I am looking for a grade 3 16 hammer any length barrels, call if you find one would like high condition. Thanks Gary
|
She's definetly a nice shooter Gary. If I come across a 3 grade 16ga hammer gun you will be the first one I call.
