Hook Screws

For all you particular guys out there, Nothing turns me off more than a fine Parker with burred screws. Seems like every old classic I see has them. The most common is the hook screw on the barrel lug.
Problem solved ! I recently asked Tom Carter PGCA life member about making some. He made one prototype. It was undisquindishable from the original. They are slightly long on the head as well as the shank in order for flush fitting, even the slot width is perfect.
He also can make other screws that are unavailable.

Seeing is believing... where's the pictures?

Just foolin' with you...

Tom's a good friend and I know he is meticulous about detail.

Thanks for the report Dave :smiley7:
