Parker Hammer

Hi All
I have a question for all you experts, What are the odds of finding a right side hammer.
I believe it is a #1 frame. I wonder if there is a difference between hammers on a 1, 2 or 3
Anyway my aunt is wanting to sell this gun, and I told her she best try to find a hammer first
because she might find nobody is going to want it without both hammers. Ser.# 36826 built in 1883
I think it is a D model, on the water Table it says D 3 12.
Sure is a nice gun I would love to buy it but money is tight .Oh well ! :crying:

The hammers on my 1877 #2 frame gun are the same size as the hammers on my 1879 #3 frame gun. The #2 frame is a 12 gauge and the #3 frame is a 10 gauge. If 3-12 is the unstruck barrel weight, is the gun a 16 gauge?

Thank you for your response, I guess I am going to have to go back and measure the bore. I thought the
12 on the water table was probably the Gage.
