This year’s silent auction came and went and as usual it was a great success. PGCA member Jim Mayer had graciously offered to donate a cook book called “After The Hunt” which he strongly recommended in another post. Well some how the book did not get to me in time for this years auction but it did arrive and all I can say is "thank you Jim", and "WOW". This book is 850 pages and weight’s about as much as a long barreled Parker. There's is no way I can wait till next year and hope to win this book. I’m sure as soon as my wife see's it an order will be placed. Thanks again Jim, and thanks to everyone who contributed. It's the generosity of our members that makes the PGCA such a great organization to belong to.

Angel,
I saw the same thing but when I checked another site I found $59.95. Looking at the book I would have expected to pay double that. One thing for sure is that anyone who cooks and eats wild game of any type will find a large number of unique recipes in this beautiful book.

I'll definetly be looking for a copy.

Larry - there's NO WAY Deb needs a cookbook, and this is the voice of experience as you well know.
