Inherited Parker 12ga w hammers
 
I am stumped I have looked every where for serial# or model can't seem to locate. On the barrel I find the #3173 along with the letter K also what looks like 16.2 the letters EP and the letters ELG inside a oblong circle. On the watertable I only see the letter K and some other stamped figures What in the heck do I have

It is very likely to be a British or Belgian gun made for export to the States with the intent of capitalizing on the Parker Bros. name.

Thanks Dean we sure hoped we had something of some value but the more we looked at it the more we realized we did not thanks for your help

Mark: The "ELG" would definitely make it a Liege Belgian gun.

Even klunky old Belgium junkers make interesting wall art. Hang it above the fireplace.
