big bore Parkers

My lady friend informed me of having seen an 8 guage gh Parker at a gun shop near her about several weeks ago. I was wondering how much in demand this big bore would be should I decide to sell it and at what price if I find it is not for me should I acquire it. Since the gun is about 5 hours away, I'm relying on my friends description. It is in great condition, 34" damascus barrels of which turned brown with nice pattern, great bores, pistol grip, dhbp, crisp engraving, checkering slightly worn, slight figure in butt stock, some case color in protected areas with receiver going brown. Thanks, T.

There will be demand if you decide to sell.

Tom,

Forget the gun. Any lady friend that visits gun shops and could locate and describe a Parker in detail is the real find!

I have to agree with that, She must know a little about them too! Get the girl and the gun too! have your cake and eat it you know.
