Confusion abour Fredrick Anschutz please help
 

I have been reseaching my gun again and some of you have said it looked like work of Fredrick Anshutz. I even have a document from someone showing the chief engravers at Parker and there he is chief engraver 1911 to 1930. But upon further review on line there is no mention anywhere of Anshutz spelled many ways. The Book on Parker guns is not digitized. Does any one have a copy of it that can see if Anshutz reall was there or is this old piece of paper made up? Or does someone have the book who can take a picture of scan the book to show Anshutz was there?

Anschutz died in 1930 and there are several references to him in The Parker Story.

Incidentally, the "old piece of paper" was not made up. It was created by myself from information I had gleaned from "The Parker Story" which I highly recommend every Parker aficianado have in his or her library.

Indeed they were. Parker Brothers was owned and operated by extremely conservative and thrifty Yankees.
