Inflation has jumped the price!

I'm always looking at the Parker Reproductions on the auction sights and anyplace they show up. The days when you could find a like new 28 with DT for 5K is over for now. That same single barrel set will set you back 6k or 6500.00 I see the two barrel sets running 7500.00 and up over 10K! I'm happy that I do not need one in 28 gauge. I am thinking about replacing my clays 20 gauge with a lighter English grip gun if I can find a double trigger that is 6lbs-4oz or less and not break the bank. I remember reading when the production ended in Japan PR looked all around the globe to find a new place to make them and the said the manufacturing cost would jump and retail cost would be about 10K for a single trigger gun! That said they are still a bargain I guess? SXS Ohio

You must be looking at listing prices and not sold prices. S/S doubles are less popular in today's market with O/U more popular in today's market. And in general, actual gun prices are falling due to popularity decline & the economy. It's a sign of the times!

Parker Repros are selling very well. I sell 2-3 a week and wish I had a better supply chain for them. Seems they dont sit around long at all.
