What I do.

When I am looking for guns on the web and the pictures just don't tell the story I will ask for pictures to be texted or emailed. Here is an example of one that shows what I like to see. The rest of the gun looks just as good.

Original 128 years old. When I received this gun I spent about 2 hours looking at it trying to determine if it was a redo. I decided it had to be and since it was not far from me I thought it was maybe done by Bill Schwarts many years ago. I carried to Bill and he said he did not do it and neither had anyone else. The breech face is what made me think it was restored as it looks like it has not been fired. Comments welcome good or bad. Gerald.

I am new to the site and have had many questions to ask everyone. I have to tell you it looks like a really cool gun. I am sure people will find little things about it, good and bad. However as a friend of mine told me when I sent him info on my Parker "the value is personal not monetary". My opinion is if you like it it is priceless! My fun has been the journey of finding out the history of my gun. Good Luck!
