Extractor retention screw

Does anyone know the size and thread pitch of the extractor retainer screw on parker doubles?

Bill Murphy 10-11-2025 10:26 AM

Specify extractor or ejector. They are different screws.

I think he means the extractor rod stop screw in the lug.

This is a top lever hammer gun with an extractor.

40 tpi. I'm going with #4, but I can't find my gauge, and a 6-40 won't start.

edit. Chart says Nominal is .112, and the screw I'm holding is .112, so yup, 4-40

Thank you Edgar Spencer. The 4-40 worked perfectly after fitting. What an asset your gunsmithing knowledge is for PGCA.
