This wasn’t exactly easy. I found it a bit confusing on his website but I worked it out. Amazing. I’m wondering is morels are too strong for grouse.

It looks like a basic mushroom sauce which to me isn't difficult. Question is unless you froze them where are you finding Morels this time of year?

North Spore on line dehydrated. Butter port shallots a roux. It wasn’t hard as much as he was doing shrooms when he wrote the recipe. It was poorly written unless I am low IQ which isn’t out of the equation.

No they’re not too strong for grouse. They are a delicate flavor of their own and a very nice complement to grouse… a nice marriage.

I like hanks cooking but he flaked out after his girl dumped him. He cooked at pine ridge and bitched how much it sucked. I think he’s losing followers.
