Having never been to this one, I was wondering how it compares to the Spring SxS, or Big Mikes, in terms of venders, and events. Still trying to make one event somewhere before years end. Haven't had any luck as yet. Mattly

It’s been years since I attended the Fall Southern but I can say that Back Woods is a top notch shooting venue. And Rick Hemingway hosts some of the biggest tournaments in the country, so he knows how to put on an event.

I went last year. No venders, but some gun trading taking place. The targets are for real btw

For shooting targets Backwoods and Rock Mountain are at the top of the pile . As to vendors Deep River is the place to be .

Sammy and I love going to this event. Our problem is it's during our busy season and it's tough to get help to fill in for us. With Tad being back next year I hope to make it to Rick's again for the Fall Southern. You'll have fun there. You can shoot, shoot and shoot again!! :)
