Korean Barbeque Pheasant

Was in the grocery store this week and saw a Korean Barbeque marinade sauce I’d never used so I got a bottle (it was on sale). Rinsed the breasts yesterday and scored them with my trusty fillet knife then placed them in a container with the marinade and left overnight in the frig . Made stir fry vegetables , Mac n cheese and put the breasts in my trusty George Foreman Grill for 5 1/2 minutes . I’m eating them now and they aren’t bad tender and juicey .
