How to contact Puglasi

How do I get in contact with them (Pugsguns)? Using their contact information on their web site I've tried e-mail several times - no response. I've tried their phone number many times for a week or more - no response. I can't even leave voice mail nor text. Anyone got any secrets?

That is odd. I tried their email and also didn’t get a response but they were always available by phone.

Hey Leon,

Puglisi's is my family shop, and while I do admit we aren't always the best at getting back to emails, we do answer the phone when we are at the store! My email address to reach personally is troythompson@pugsguns.com--feel free to reach out there if you had something you wanted to discuss! Otherwise the shop # is 218-626-3618 and it should be working fine! I apologize you were having issues getting a hold of us, I was receiving voicemails and calls while you were having a hard time so I'm not sure exactly what happened.

Troy is a good guy…may be a baseball player, and has some Nebraska roots! Can only be good!

Thanks Troy. Phone got answered Monday morning as one would expect. Even got the Parker bought that I was looking at. In my book, Nebraska roots is not a bad thing. My roots go pretty deep into Nebraska soil.

Puglisi is top notch. Bought a 20 gauge DHE from them at the southern. They really didn’t know me from Adam but told me just to mail the balance of the gun to them and let me walk off with the gun.
