Advertised as a Baker Bros.
This gun was up for auction on gunbroker . Obviously the Baker bros. also made fine shotguns. This one will need a little attention. I think the new owner did pretty well at just over a hundred bucks.

Looking at those bolts makes me think this should be called the Frankenstein Parker
|
Jeff: Are you the new owner. Thomas
|
Should be called "Lucky, the Cat". That gun has had nine lives.

Hi Thomas,
I was high bidder until the last couple of minutes. I didn't want to go any higher because I was picking up an Ithaca crass model today (project) and felt I had enough irons in the fire. It just amazes me every time I see one of those wrist (Frankenstein) repairs! Best regards, Jeff |
Jeff: How many Ithaca guns do you own. I find them at gun shows quite often and have brought home one once in awhile myself. Thomas

Thomas,
This will be only my second. I had a field grade double about twenty years ago, sold it to make a few bucks. I try and hang on to firearms now. Best regards, Jeff |
