Unfamilar choking

The latest Galazan's lists a VHE 12 (#77583) with "11/19000 chokes. I've not seen this type of choke description before and was wondering what it means? Is simply a choke barely more than cylinder?

Someone writing a description was attempting to convey that it had chokes of 11 and 19 thousanths of an inch or 0.011 and 0.019 and didn't posses the grammar skills to complete the task. Unfortunately I see this almost daily in the auction business. I don't understand how they expect to instill confidence when they can't even clearly present a description.

Unfamiliar choking

Well said, Arthur! Appreciate your response, and I certainly agree. Altho I'm glad to learn more about chokes, I am amazed that a seller would want to make info on an auction item less clear... at least to a portion of the prospective buyers.
