PGCA 2025 Annual Meeting Silent Auction Donations
 

Friends of and Members of the Parker Gun Collector's Association,

The 2025 PGCA Silent Auction will be held at our Annual Meeting and Dinner, Friday April 25th, which is detailed on this PGCA Forum. Due to the support from both PGCA Members and businesses, the Silent Auction has been extremely successful in generating much needed revenue to help defray the ever-increasing costs of operating this fine organization.

The items to be donated need not be new; just something you think might be of interest to your fellow PGCA members. In the past, some of the best items were handmade by our talented members. Please look around at your accumulation of shooting and sporting equipment for potential items.

In past years, PGCA member businesses have donated terrific hunting trips to various parts of the country for pheasants, grouse, woodcock, turkeys, hogs, alligators, and so on. Other businesses have contributed some of the finest clothing, cases, knives, books, subscriptions, you name it - someone has probably contributed something similar for the Silent Auction. Members have even contributed items from their personal collections.

Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure it is included in the auction and I can coordinate shipping if necessary. Items can simply be delivered at the Southern on the event weekend.

The auction is a benefit to our entire membership and we thank you for your continued support.

Hoping to hear from many of you soon. I am targeting to have the auction plan finalized by April 20th.

We have had some great donations this year but can always use a few more. We all have some items taking up space that need to go! This is a great opportunity to pass those items on to another.

I will be driving to the Southern, from Eastern Pa. If you have something to donate for the auction and are not attending or flying in, if you get it to my home address, I will deliver it. Planning on leaving on the 23rd. Please let me know if you plan on sending something.
