King sights
Are the King sights found on some Smith and Wesson made by a relative of Charles A. King?
|
Great question Calvin. Charles A. King was superintendant of Smith & Wesson from 1867 - 1874 and took out several patents while at Smith & Wesson. There is great information on King starting on pg. 23 of The Parker Story.

As far as I know King sights had nothing to do with Chas King. They were originally based in Denver and later San Francisco.
