Shout out to the CSMC services group
 

Hello all. I was lucky enough to obtain a CSMC RBL Reserve 12 about 5 years ago from Cabelas in Columbus Ohio. It has been a really good match for me, so much that i wound up with 2 more in both 28 and 16 gauges. They too are quite stellar in performing for me at the range and field.
My 12 experienced an issue weekend before the Southern, and Service Group at CSMC requested to look at it. I sent it off thru local dealer, and much to my pleasurable surprise the gun showed back up last nite completely repaired.
I was amazed as it was in "As New" looking condition when I unpacked it. Close examination appears to me like they went thru lots of things with a huge amount of care. They also must have polished the wood as i had some normal wear and tear from all the years of clays that no longer were seen.
I would like to give a HUGE shout out of thanks to the CSMC Service group for all they did.
I dont see this kind of above and beyond kindness and service anymore these days. sincere gratitude and thanks. Matt K :bowdown:
