Was a long wait it seems but received gun back from L.DelGrego this week.
Ejectors repaired,Front sight replaced, resolder on muzzle end of top rib and new rust blue of barrels.Gun had been in case for 30 years and had some surface rust on case side of barrels..(just surface rust,no pitting) I am attempting to send pics..this one made in 1912 is as clean as they can be after 100 years. It's hard to go back after you have caught C fever.
Nice gun. I like the floor plate engraving. |
Very nice Bill. How long are those barrels? It's hard to see any work was done.

barrels
these are 32"..note gun does not have a safety as it was ordered that way according to letter...:rotf:

trigger bow
Gun was shipped to Pittsburg in 1912 with a straight stock, gun was returned to Parker in 1917 by a Mr. Brown of Pittsburg to replace stock with the present PG stock.Note trigger bow tang has 2 screws rather than just the usual one because the original tang was uced on the new stock...Bill
