Legal Question about Paperwork

Can the Admin please change my spelling of question in the title? I hate incorrect spelling!
If a person wanted to make up envelopes for personal/business use with the L.C. Smith, Parker, Lefever artwork, is that legal? Just wondered if anyone else has ever done this. Thanks, Jerry

Certainly no legal expert, but Remington still owns Parker, and since they have made them recently they would likely object.

Ithaca last owned Lefever, but has changed hands a couple times, not sure it the new Ohio owner does. and last I knew Marlin owned the LC name, and that was being applied to an import just recently.

If the companies are legally viable, even if its only a name in a drawer of paper work I would expect the logo is private.
