2 7/8" Load Data Question

Perhaps I'm not looking in the right areas, but Sherman Bells loading recipe for the short 10 ga keeps getting referenced, but I only seem to get bits and pieces. Is the information some where in book form where it can be purchased?

Just traded a cork decoy for a Mec reloader, after a 30 plus year hiatus, I hope to soon be back to reloading, this time however for the short 10ga non-tox. Thanks.

The reference is to The Double Gun Journal. Bell wrote a series of articles "Finding Out For Myself". I don't have it the issue and volume at hand, but will try to remember to look it up when I get home.

At the risk of asking a terribly stupid question, what are the "MR" filler wads Bell refers to in his 10 gauge loads. I've used cork and felt before, but I'm not sure what he is specifically referring to here. Could someone please enlighten me?
