Value of gun

I recently inherited a Parker shotgun from a family member. Being unfamiliar with Parkers I'm clueless as to what I have. I have attached photos and would appreciate any help I could get from knowledgeable collectors. Thank you.

John it is a GH with Damascus barrels that have been blued, looks like the frame may have been blued also. I can't read the serial number ... give it to us and some one will look it up. Go to the home page and click on grades left side... you can also see if there is info for a letter on your family gun. Nice gun.

John: Assuming the pits are truly slight and the barrels have original wall thickness, your gun's market value (as opposed to family value) is as a shooter only. Most Parker buffs would not pay G grade prices for a blued receiver that appears to have been polished a bit before bluing. I can see it going on Gunbroker for $600 to 1200, depending on the buyer. A collector would just let it pass. I have been wrong before, however. Hope this helps.
