RIAC Preview Day

Stopped in at the RIAC Preview Day heading home from a trout fishing trip to SE MN. Checked out the long barreled Parkers and gained greater respect for you 8 bore shooters  after swinging one of those monsters. Lots to see, but nothing I could not live without. Anyone else attending?

It’ll be interesting to see what those long barreled guns go for…

Stan Hoover and I should arrive there tomorrow early afternoon. Neither of us have attended in person previously so we're going to take in the experience just to see what it's like. We might toss in a bid or two. Check your email when you get a chance Garry, sent you one this morning. Thanks!

Hey, Randy, Elaine and I will be back up for Sunday’s session. I hope you and Stan are still bidding and already have all of those long barreled guns. I’ve not seen an email yet, but you can try g.g2@aol.com I check regularly. Email me and I’ll give you my number for a text. I hope you are there for lunch and that they have the BBQ they’ve had in the past. I hope we see you and Stan there.

My prediction is that all those long barrel things will end up in Indiana.

Craig, it would take me a while to get that 8 swinging…and I’d corkscrew myself into the ground before I could stop it.:cuss: My respect is growing for you 8-gauges.:bowdown:

Probably so as part of the journey to their new home in PA...:corn:
Actually I only have my eye on 1 and I'm not sure how serious I am about it as it stands right now.
