DUMOULIN GUNS CIE.
What can anyone tell me about this sidexside shotgun.
It has side clips, fences,aa wood ,horn butt plate.Gun has 100% Purdy style scroll style engraving ,Gun is a box lock with false sideplates..still has 80% color and 90% blue on 30" barrels.Gun is a 20 ga with tight chokes. I believe it was produced in late 40s or early 50s in Belgium.Wood-metal fit is perfect, very light even with long barrels..round knob grip with tight checkering.Don't have any pics.thanks, Bill |
I don't know anything about them but there is information on the web. There is more, google the name and see what comes up.

Hi guys!!
Good morning! If you don't mind, I'm going to move this thread into the appropriate forum (General Discussions about Other Fine Doubles), OK?? Best to all for a wonderful Sunday! John |
William: I would be interested in the info you receive for i have a 16 ga. dumoulin single barrel that is in perfect condition and it weighs in at about 3.9 pounds approx. Thomas L. Benson Sr.

William: I have and extensive reference library on Belgian guns, their markings and makers. Some of these references were not available in the U.S. and I had to get them overseas. If you could sketch all the markings on the barrel flats, water table, and any other barrel markings I may be able to help. If you can take pictures and attatch them to an e-mail I'll give you my e-mail address if you send me a PM. Lee.
