Pearl Harbor Day

Yup, today is Pearl Harbor day. Thanks for my service to my country and thanks to all veterans, whether they served in combat or just "served".

On our way over to viet nam, we pulled into Pearl. We were lining the rails in our dress uniforms and you could hear a pin drop as we pulled past the Arizona on our way to D&S piers. No one spoke. I'll never forget.

God bless the 2,403 Americans who died in the attack, and the 1,177 who went down on the Arizona. May we never forget.
