Parker Pocket Scale

I found a small scale marked Parker's Pocket Scales
PAT. MAY 18.80
Looks like it is a 5lb scale.
See the poor pictures.
What do these sell for?

I have no idea what they are worth. Pretty neat though.....

Might also work as a trigger pull gauge--

what are the incremental markings -- in ounces then lbs.??:bigbye:

Could it be an early trigger pull gage? Maybe not if it only goes up to 5lbs. That should work for most triggers but it's pretty close to where those older guns trigger pulls were.

McKune wants $195 for one. I have seen them sell for much less, but I haven't seen one on ebay for a while. I believe they were called a postal scale.

It is scaled in 1/4 pound increments, I looked at the one on Pat's site and mine looks the same but mine is marked Pocket Scales, not Postal like Pat's.
I don think it is a trigger scale, it would be hard to read.
Looks like Pat's is not selling at $195.00. So I will put mine at $150.00 and see what happens.
Thanks, Scott

I don't think anyone has proved that this scale was made by the Charles Parker Company. I don't think it is listed in any Charles Parker catalog I have seen. I don't think Pat is going to sell his scale at that price. He prices his Parker stuff pretty high.

I'll agree with Bill and Jeff on this one. I'd think $50 would just kill it but maybe I'm wrong of course.
