Barrels sleeved, how much would that distract from value?

The value will depend on how well the sleeving job was done. Is the sleeving job "seamless" or can you se the seam line or some type of engraving to hide the seam? Who did the job? In the UK sleeving a gun requires a reproof, but that is not required in the US so you really need to know who did the barrels. English sleeved guns are difficult to sell and they usually are discounted 30-50%.

I haven’t found my English sleeved guns are hard to sell.

Sadly, about 50%.

FWIW, Guns sleeved by Westley Richards are pretty high quality, from the number that I've seen.
