Repairing a Dogs Head Butt Plate

There was a thread about repairing a chipped buttplate or replacing it. I can't find it. The repair involved tape, wax paper, modeling clay, acraglass, and black coloring as I remember it.

Thanks,

Mike

This website didn’t exist in 2001.

Back then the PGCA had a website but it was primitive compared to the present PGCA website we use today.

Maybe find it in the archive but probably not.
