Manufactured in 1907 and there are surviving Parker Factory records for your gun so a letter can be had. Choke info isn't available here but may be indicated in a letter, maybe.

As soon as I have her in hand and she passes my
3-day acceptance inspection, I will indeed be sending for the letter. ;)
