Trojan hinge pin

Hello all,

Here is a Trojan that I am considering. Is it just me or does the hinge pin lack a slot? I’ve never seen this before. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Trojans have a pressed in hinge pin rather than the two piece threaded one as seen on V grades on up.

The gun your looking at has the normal trojan style pin.

Nice, unmolested Trojan. Hard to find in that condition. Fun to carry and known to have the same quality as all Parkers. Trojan 20's are a good Parker without breaking the bank to own a 20 but will shoot with all of them and hold their value.

Thank you gentleman.

One of my favorite Parkers is a 20ga Trojan, they feel great and as said they are a quality gun and that looks like a good one.

I have that same gun. Mine is #228335. Carries easy, points like a wand, and kills quail with authority.
The 20 ga. Trojan, is, in my opinion, one of the best kept secrets in the shotgun world.

There is no mechanical difference inside the action of a Trojan as compared to any other Parker.
