Question About "PARKERS FOUND" In the Pages

In Parker Pages Winter 2019 in Features "Parkers Found" under #242434 it is stated : "Parker Pages summarizes some of Remington's memoranda, concerning the cessation of The Parker Operation when World War II began, in a recent issue."
Can someone tell me where to look for that referenced summary of Remington Info.
Thank you!

Bob, one, or both, of two sources will answer that question. One is the author of Parkers Found, Josh Loewensteiner, and the other is the PGCA’s Parker Pages Digital Archive of each and every issue in a searchable file.

When an addition states "more in an upcoming article", it is not edited after the upcoming article is published to specify what article. I have a submission in it from 2013 that still mentions the "next" issue.
