Deleting a Post

I need to delete the Hammer Gun for sale post I have, can someone help me with that? The gun has been sold. Thanks, Jerry

Jerry,you don't need to delete it if you don't want to. Just edit it and mark it as sold.

And yet, it is a good question. The icon one clicks indicates edit/delete. I tried to delete a post (no longer sure which one or why anymore - mind obviously slipping). All I could do was edit> Is it possible to delete???
