Hi Calvin try this, first click on Home Page, then on the left side click on Research Letters, then in the first paragraph you will see the word "here" in red. Click on the word here and a script prompt box will come up in the upper left of your screen and that is were you insert your number. Hope that helps you out.

Larry, it has never worked that way for some, if not most of us. Maybe it's time to take a fresh look at the number lookup function and try to get it to work like it is supposed to. Calvin, there is a line of instruction on the page where you "can't see the box" that tells you how to jump through the hoops and get where you are going.

Thanks for the help fellows I finally figured I needed to click pop up blocker at the top of my screen then click enter and i got the place to put my number. Now all I have to do is part with some money:) ch
